How it works:
  • Grab a Gratitude Card in the studio, print our PDF online, or use the IG story template to keep track!
  • Drop into any of the FREE virtual Meditation Classes. (Mon-Fri @ 7:30am)
  • Use our previously recorded meditations (on Vimeo, Instagram, SoundCloud, or YouTube).
  • You can also simply take a few moments to practice with yourself.

One of the awesome things about GRATITUDE is it follows the Law of Reciprocation: the more you give, the more you receive!

Give yourself your own time and gratefulness, in a supportive and consistent way, then see what comes.

WORKSHOP: Heart Opening Back-bends (+Gratitude)

Back-bends and heart openers. Are they the same thing? Physically, there are many similarities, and we’ll dive into how to engage your back-body to open your front-body. We’ll also look at some of the subtle differences between a gentle heart opener vs a strong and stable backbend. This is an all-levels workshop, so there’s a little something for everyone.  
We’ll play with:
  • The 3 categories of backbends
  • Building strength and stability in your low back, and learning ways to release your low back
  • How to align your spine for optimal movement
  • Wheel pose, and many steps to focus on along the way (and multiple other fun backbends!)
This blend of both physically opening your heart through a strong and flexible back, and emotionally opening your heart through conscious gratitude meditation will leave you feeling refreshed. You’ll also learn new skills to add to your daily practice! Join Larissa and crew for 2 hours of back-bending glory, ending with a lovely and restful 20 min gratitude practice before we head into savasana.

GRATITUDE MEDITATION

Free to members, regular drop in pricing- you can use class packs! We're so excited to kick off monthly meditation! This is special class as it will coincide with our 21st day of Gratitude for our 21 Days of Gratitude + Meditation in November! (You do not need to participate in both to join in <3)  
We’ll start with 10-15 minutes of very gentle movement to help us get ready for meditation, then we’ll have a short teaching and discussion on Gratitude meditations, and we’ll end with at least a 20 min meditation. And reminder, you don’t need to have meditation practice to join! We’ll always give many options so you can find comfort and resourcing as you practice.  Can’t wait to welcome you into our cozy space for this special in-person meditation class. 

REST FEST

3.5 hours of yoga bliss?? Yes, that’s the plan!

Deliberately sandwiched right between Thanksgiving and the New Year, the purpose of Rest Fest is to Regroup. Connect. Nourish. Pause. Rest. 

Part 1: Moon Salutations & Myofascial Releasing

1:30-3:30p

We’ll begin with about 30 minutes of gentle but warming Moon Salutations with Jen M, followed by a session of self-massaging techniques that will leave your muscles, and maybe even your soul, feeling much more ease and relaxation.

Part 2: Restorative Yoga & Sound Immersion 

3:30-5:00p

In this 90-minute practice, we will focus on rest & rejuvenation (through movement & breath), with the amazing and magical addition of a Sound Bath performed by Geoff Lamden. If you’ve never heard of a Sound Bath (you’re not alone), imagine the good kind of tingle you feel when music gives you goosebumps! Give your body a little TLC and soothe your senses through melodic sounds. Get ready for full-on yoga bliss.

This event is $59 for members, $69 for non-members; we can’t wait to rest with you.
