We’ll focus on the yoga you know and love, plus a deeper dive into taking your practice into your home spaces. We’ll offer accessible and depth–building guided meditations, in addition to curated daily content through both your workbook and emails- so you don’t have to find resources yourself. Most of all, we’ll build a community of like-minded folks to offer support, camaraderie, and connection as you grow.
