Winter Solstice Restorative Flow + Yoga Nidra, The Yoga of Sleep
Yoga Nidra is sometimes described as the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Think of it like a combination of your favorite restful yoga pose and mental relaxation. We’ll have a brief discussion about the benefits and how to use the practice at home.
We’ll move very gently in a restorative flow, then we’ll finish with a nice, long, warm and supportive Nidra practice so you can float home on a cloud of relaxation. Join us and our amazing community to practice together.
