Arranged in two sessions to provide you as much Restful Festing as your schedule will permit. Come to one session or stay ALL day.

Schedule Some Time for Self Compassion
Mindful Self Compassion combines the skills of mindfulness and self compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional well being. In this session, you will learn some basic tools of mindful self compassion, including Lovingkindess meditation. Find out how these accessible practices can give you greater access to your own self-care and an increased ability to enjoy your yoga practice.

Restorative Yoga (90-minutes) w/ Amanda
Not your regular Funky Buddha Slow flow………SLOOOOOOWWWERRR. In this 90-minute practice we will focus on rest & rejuvenation (through movement & breath). Treat your body to a little TLC. Get ready to be blissed out. #chillin #relaxin

Taking Care of your Body w/ Myofascial Release Led by: Katie
We all wish that we had a live-in masseuse…..and after this workshop you will – YOU! Learn how pressure points, Myofascial release, and self-massage can improve your mobility and compliment your yoga practice.

The Art of Savasana w/ Larissa
The Art of Savasana includes a brief look at the benefits of a regular meditation practice, a short guided meditation (ever heard of Yoga Nidra? you will here!), and a nice loooooong savasana. Learn why we practice this pose, it’s many benefits, and a few tips to make it even MORE restful and comfortable.
