Brand new to yoga or in need of a little refresher? These videos are for you! Watch along as they take you through the basic skeleton of our signature class, Power Flow. While each class you attend will be slightly different, they are all based on a similar outline.
We intentionally created these videos in bite-sized chunks, so that you can view them as many times as needed until you feel comfortable with your FUNdamentals. Don’t feel like this is something you have to do before you practice with us. We encourage you to show up exactly as you are, but we know some people may feel more comfortable practicing first at home. When you’re ready, we’ll see ya in the studio!
