Back-bends and heart openers. Are they the same thing? Physically, there are many similarities, and we’ll dive into how to engage your back-body to open your front-body. We’ll also look at some of the subtle differences between a gentle heart opener vs a strong and stable backbend. This is an all-levels workshop, so there’s a little something for everyone.

You’ll also learn new skills to add to your daily practice!
