Breathwork & Soundbath: Spring CLUB! Series is a 1-hour weekly, gently-warmed offering designed for everyday calm.

Learn and practice simple yogic breath techniques you can use anywhere, paired with healing that may help your nervous system settle and your mind quiet down.

Each week features:

✦ A different breath focus; all approachable practices, nothing intense

✦ A brief, guided meditation

✦ A long soundbath + savasana 

No guided asana/big movement; we may invite gentle qigong or small rhythmic movement, though movement is always optional and never expected.
