This workshop is all about freeing yourself from these loops AND learning about the bigger picture of how yoga can truly change your life. Join Larissa to learn what exactly is this ‘system of liberation’ though the yogic lens, and also how to free up more:

We’ll go through:
✦ Specific yoga based modalities (think gentle movements, postures, breathwork, and sound healing), plus simple strategies you can use in your everyday life.
We’ll move, breathe, and rest our way toward a more balanced and free body, heart, and mind.
You’ll walk away with tools for a more regulated nervous system, so you aren’t so easily swayed by every storm (or accidental doomscroll sesh), and we’ll end with a soundbath and guided meditation to not only settle your nervous system immediately, but also train your subtle bodies how to find more rest and regulation as the baseline. (Not sure what subtle bodies are? Great! We’ll go over this together). <3
