You’re invited to connect with Larissa and sangha (community) for monthly space to slow down, breathe, and build steadiness–so mind, body, and spirit can support one another.

 

Join us for:

✦ 10 minutes of gentle movement to settle your systems

✦ A short teaching & opportunity to ask questions

✦ 20+ minutes of guided meditation

 

Reminder, you don’t need to have meditation practice to join! If you’d like to learn more about our meditation practice, check out our Youtube or head on over to the blog! We’ll always give many options so you can find comfort and resourcing as you practice.
