As always, we’ll begin with 10-15 minutes of gentle movement to help our bodies slow down for meditation, then connect through teaching and discussion, before ending with a 30 minute meditation.
This month’s meditation circle is focused on the last 3 of the 8 Limbs: Dharana (focused concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (bliss).

We’ll always give many options so you can find comfort and resourcing as you practice. We can’t wait to meditate in community with you!
