We’re so excited to invite you on our journey through the 8 Limbs of Yoga at our monthly in-studio meditation! 

Join Larissa and sangha (community) for learning, practice, and community support <3 

As always, we’ll begin with 10-15 minutes of gentle movement to help our bodies slow down for meditation, then connect through teaching and discussion, before ending with a 30 minute meditation.

This month’s meditation circle is focused on the next 3 of the 8 Limbs: Asana (movement), Pranayama (breathwork), and Pratyahara (sensation withdrawal). We’ll look at the relationship of going from movement, to subtler breathwork/energy clarity, to subtler still, concentration of one sense awareness at a time.

Reminder, you don’t need to have meditation practice to join! If you’d like to learn more about our meditation practice, check out our Youtube! Or head on over to the blog! We’ll always give many options so you can find comfort and resourcing as you practice. We can’t wait to meditate in community with you!
