Meditation Circle
We’re so excited to also celebrate those that joined us in our 21 Days of Meditation!
We invite you to connect with Larissa and sangha (community) for learning, practice, and community support <3
As always, we’ll begin with 10-15 minutes of gentle movement to help our bodies slow down for meditation, then connect through teaching and discussion, before ending with a 30 minute meditation.
This month’s meditation circle is focused on sound-based meditation.
Reminder, you don’t need to have meditation practice to join! If you’d like to learn more about our meditation practice, check out our Youtube or head on over to the blog! We’ll always give many options so you can find comfort and resourcing as you practice. We can’t wait to meditate in community with you!
**Once per month, meditation circle will replace the 5:30pm Restorative Flow, we invite you to stay for Slow Flow afterwards!
