In-Studio Meditation | Self Compassion

We’re so excited to invite you to join us for a Funky Buddha Yoga in-studio meditation once per month! We’ll still host our daily meditations via Zoom, this is an opportunity for us to gather, have some time for questions about your meditation practice, learn a little, and of course practice meditation as a sangha (community). 

This session will start with 10-15 minutes of very gentle movement to help us get ready for meditation, then we’ll have a short teaching and discussion on Self-Compassion, and end with, at least, 30 minutes of meditation.

Reminder, you don’t need to have meditation practice to join! If you’d like to learn more about our Self-Compassion meditation practice, check out our Youtube! Or head on over to the blog! We’ll always give many options so you can find comfort and resourcing as you practice. We can’t wait to welcome you into our cozy space for this special in-studio meditation class.
