Day One | Friday October 4th, 6-8:30pm 
Self Care, Self Massage

Taught by Jen M. & Larissa; Assisted by Abs

We’ve heard alll the love for myofascial release, so we invite you to join us again for an evening focused on self care! This is for YOU! <3

Movement Self Care: We’ll begin our time gently, with engaging Moon Salutations.

Mind Self Care: Then, we’ll take time for mindfulness in conversation and brief education.

Body Repair Self Care: Finally, we’ll spend most of our time tending to our bodies by releasing all that tension!

You’ll learn how to use tools like a tennis ball, a block, and your own hands to move tension out of your body, and you might discover places in your body you didn’t even know needed releasing! 

*If you’ve taken a self-myofascial session with us before, we invite you again! Jen always has some amazing tips to share, and the main goal of this is the care and tending you may receive as you roll away tension from your amazing earth home- your body.

 
Day Two | Saturday October 5th, 12:30-3:30pm 
Unique “Floors” Workshop

Taught by Annie, Jen M., and Larissa; assisted by Abs.

We’re excited to bring you 3 skilled teachers, each bringing their own unique teaching and perspectives to this 3-hour workshop! Focused on the various “floors,” or foundations in the body, we invite you to join us for an afternoon of dialing into your yoga practice <3

 

Feet, Feet, Feet: Taught by Annie, this segment focused on the primary foundation for every day life! Discover optimal foot movements, tune into understanding balance, and take time to show those complex muscles some love. Sore feet, be gone!

Pelvic Floor & Core: Taught by Jen M., tune into the subtleties of engaging your core to create positive changes within the body! Bring your tender backs and reawaken core stability- through effort, we’ll find ease!

Neck & Shoulders: Taught by Larissa, understand stress responses, and how those overactive responses may be affecting your neck/shoulders, then take time to release it all! Plus, learn about using teeny throat muscles for big, more optimal breaths. 

 

These Immersions are designed with your long-term yoga growth in mind. It’s a great way to begin your 30-Day Challenge, or simply to give yourself the gift of growth, connection, support, and healing. We can’t wait to share and grow with you! 🙂 

 
Pricing-

Nonmembers: $49 per session, or $89 for the full weekend.

Members: $39 per session, or $69 for the full weekend.
