this workshop includes a fun and novel approach to:

💎 Understanding and tending to your 4 diaphragms (yep, you read that right, we have four!)

💎 Breathwork that can make your core more functional in activity and daily movement.

💎 Extra love for the hips, trunk, and Pelvic Floor so your core can work better for you-from bathroom duties to stability!

💎 You’ll learn how to better support your yoga practice through core stability, mobility, and body awareness.

💎 Your low back and core will be having much better conversations afterwards; yay for body repair!

💎 Your breath will come a little more freely, a bit easier.

    👉🏾 Many of us hold our breath when in stress, which can create non-optimal tension patterns in our bodies.
