In this workshop we’ll:
💎 Learn a bit about yogic philosophy and terminology.
💎 Take a look at the 3 main Bandhas and how we can use them to support our yoga practices.
💎 Learn about what Granthis, or energetic knots, are and how we can work with them to release energetic tension.
💎 Learn about the Chakra system, and specific movements that will help you move through energetic blocks.
💎 Physical tools to help support flow in our “energy body”:
*Mudras (particular hand postures and gestures)
*Mantra (sounds)
*Movement: certain movement patterns and/or yoga poses
We’ll add some big playful movements, along with small, subtle ways you can take care of your body, your energy, and your overall well-being. You’ll come away from this afternoon of play with a fresh perspective and new tools to work with, so you can bring new areas of growth into your regular practice.
