The concept is simple: meditate every day for 21 days! This is a free program designed to support self-kindness and slowing down in your life. Plus, we’re reveling in community support and celebration, so feel free to share with friends, too!
How to Join Us!
This journey is dedicated to supporting you–if joining our morning virtual meditation doesn’t support your schedule, you can practice on your own time in your own ways <3 We’ll send each day’s recording to your inbox, plus there are tons of meditations in our Youtube library!
This is a great way for you to find and save time for yourself–in yoga this is called svadyaya and isvarapranidhana: self-reflection and self-devotion.
