Peak doesn’t always mean higher, deeper, or stronger! Each posture & yoga practice looks different on every body.

Activate with Intention: learn how to support our featured poses with targeted skills & drills.

Playful Progressions: flow like a familiar Power Flow aaand build your skillset to support long-term growth in your practice. 
Clear Focus: take time in exploration + options, so you can choose what serves your peak pose (and your body) best.

Grow Your Practice

In our new, monthly Funky CLUB! offering, we’ll add some playfulness to your practice with a new theme each month! Playground has alllllll the things you love about our Funky Buddha classes– and a little more!

In this 75 minute Power-Flow format, we’ll be on a journey to explore, demystify, and find success for all with an exciting theme or set of poses. 

 
What the Funk Can I Expect for Playground?!

Skill Building: We pride ourselves on offering great consistency between all our studios, teachers, and classes. Playground is where our skillful teachers will invite in even more creativity, challenge, and play!

Student Shake Up: We’ll lead you through creative skills, drills, flows, and challenges–you may try some yoga pose variations that are not used often in our classes. With a longer class, there will be time to ask questions, try variations on challenge poses, and even use new props! Funk Yeah, you read that right, in Playground we take props to the next level!

As with all CLUB! offerings, capacity is limited and dates will open one at a time with the first week of reservations open to members, only! Oh and did we mention, Funky CLUB! is always included for members at no additional cost?!
