We’re so excited about offering a free, outdoor meditation circle!
Join Larissa and sangha (community) for learning, practice, and community support <3
As always, we’ll begin with 10-15 minutes of gentle movement to help our bodies slow down for meditation, then connect through teaching and discussion, before ending with a 30 minute meditation.
This month’s meditation circle is focused on the teachings from each of the four elements: fire, water, air, and earth!
Reminder, you don’t need to have meditation practice to join! If you’d like to learn more about our meditation practice, check out our Youtube! Or head on over to the blog! We’ll always give many options so you can find comfort and resourcing as you practice.
