We’re so excited to invite you to explore the first of the 8 Limbs of Yoga, the Yamas, with a free outdoor meditation circle in Wilcox Park! 

 

Join Larissa and sangha (community) for learning, practice, and community support <3 

 

This session will start with 10-15 minutes of very gentle movement to help us get ready for meditation, then we’ll have a short teaching and discussion on the Yamas, and end with, at least, 30 minutes of meditation.

 

Reminder, you don’t need to have meditation practice to join! If you’d like to learn more about our meditation practice, check out our Youtube! Or head on over to the blog! We’ll always give many options so you can find comfort and resourcing as you practice. We can’t wait to meditate in community with you!
