Immerse yourself in Flow State by learning to balance effort and ease in your yoga practice!
Have you ever had one of those yoga classes where suddenly you were in Savasana and you could swear you’ve only been in your 60-min class for 20 minutes?? This is Flow State! In Flow State, when we’re just ‘in the zone’, we can lose sense of time (in the best way). It offers intrinsic value and enjoyment in the experience itself, and our mind and body come together so we’re very present and grounded.
Taught by Larissa and Abs, this Funky Buddha workshop is all about learning skills you can build into any yoga practice, so you can find your Flow State: that balance of effort and ease that brings you peace of mind.
You’ll learn how to:
- Dial UP: Add more strengthening or challenging options for your yoga poses.
- Dial DOWN: Add more support and ease.
- Dial IN: Learn what your body needs, moment to moment, and build skills to make stride toward your personal goals.
